Paul Kraft Day is an Ablative Laser Specialist at Vida Bela Plastic Surgery in Plano, TX. In his early formative years working with medical ablative lasers and energy-based modalities, Paul worked in medical dermatology. This immersion provided an excellent foundation to build his knowledge base of skin physiology, skin disorders, the aging process, and how laser physics and unique treatment protocols can fix a wide range of problems that affect us all. Following his years in dermatology, Paul made the transition into the realm of plastic surgery about 11 years ago.

Paul is renowned internationally for his unique and comprehensive skill set that allows him to create endless unique treatment plans for any patient, using a wide range of the latest cutting-edge lasers (including the game-changing Helix nano C02/1570) and energy-based modalities. He was an early trailblazer in creating multi-modality treatment protocols in order to repair as many skin aging problems as possible, often in a single treatment with one short healing time. Many highly effective treatments have no downtime while providing dynamic results. Advanced laser protocols can often be combined with surgery and fat grafting in the same procedure.

Megan is a certified medical assistant with a passion for helping people feel comfortable and confident during their cosmetic journey. With years of experience in plastic surgery, she provides valuable support and knowledge to ensure patients receive the highest quality of care and education.

She helps prepare patients for upcoming surgery, assists during office procedures, and provides pre- and post-operative patient care. Megan enjoys building close relationships with each patient to ensure a personalized and memorable experience at Vida Bela Plastic Surgery.

Outside of work, she is an involved mother and enjoys spending time with her two sons. Her friends and family would describe her as caring, dedicated, and fun-loving. She strives to bring those same qualities to work each and every day, helping all patients achieve their desired results with a positive and supportive attitude.

Mandy is a Registered Nurse that has found her passion in aesthetic injections, specializing in the art of facial rejuvenation with Botox and fillers. Mandy has always had a strong interest in aesthetic medicine and began her career specializing in injectables in 2018.

Her favorite thing about her specialty is recognizing each patient’s natural beauty and working with them to develop a unique plan to restore a youthful and refreshed appearance. The most rewarding part of her job is the close relationships she forms with each patient.

Mandy is a member of ISPAN and has always been focused on continuing education. She regularly completes ongoing training by industry leaders to ensure she has access to the most up-to-date techniques, utilizing full product portfolios from Merz, Allergan, Galderma, Palette Resources, and others alike. Mandy’s commitment to remaining at the forefront of training and technology allows her not only to provide but continue to thrive, developing comprehensive, customized aesthetic plans for each of her patients.

Mandy grew up in Atlanta, GA, and has over 22 years of experience as a nurse working in the ER, ICU, and PACU in different states such as Georgia, California, Hawaii, and Washington. She has also worked in the Laboratory Diagnostic world, where she was a Clinical Nurse Educator. She is new to Texas and moved to Frisco with her husband, two dogs, and two kids. When she is not working, she is driving her kids to activities and listening to the latest interesting podcast.

Stephanie is an aesthetic provider at Vida Bela Plastic Surgery, specializing in neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments. Her transition to a focus in aesthetic medicine from working primarily in the area of surgery was driven by her passion for combining her love for aesthetic artistry with her desire to develop ongoing relationships with her patients. Stephanie provides aesthetic direction that is unique to each patient, utilizing products and techniques specific to the desired results.

Stephanie has been a Nurse Practitioner for over 12 years, spending the last 11 years working as a Neurosurgery and Craniofacial/Plastic Surgery Supervisor and First Assist. Before that, Stephanie worked in Pediatric nursing for 5 years. Stephanie has always had compassion and drive to help her patients and their families navigate health care while feeling supported. This dynamic experience has built the framework that has elevated Stephanie’s talent while she continues to expand her treatment options to the patients of Vida Bela Plastic Surgery.

Outside of her time at Vida Bela Plastic Surgery, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 children, and 2 dogs.
