Paul Kraft Day is an Ablative Laser Specialist at Vida Bela Plastic Surgery in Plano, TX. In his early formative years working with medical ablative lasers and energy-based modalities, Paul worked in medical dermatology. This immersion provided an excellent foundation to build his knowledge base of skin physiology, skin disorders, the aging process, and how laser physics and unique treatment protocols can fix a wide range of problems that affect us all. Following his years in dermatology, Paul made the transition into the realm of plastic surgery about 11 years ago.

Paul is renowned internationally for his unique and comprehensive skill set that allows him to create endless unique treatment plans for any patient, using a wide range of the latest cutting-edge lasers (including the game-changing Helix nano C02/1570) and energy-based modalities. He was an early trailblazer in creating multi-modality treatment protocols in order to repair as many skin aging problems as possible, often in a single treatment with one short healing time. Many highly effective treatments have no downtime while providing dynamic results. Advanced laser protocols can often be combined with surgery and fat grafting in the same procedure.

Brandy Johns is a results-driven laser specialist at Vida Bela Laser Center, dedicated to restoring confidence and enhancing natural beauty through advanced, non-invasive skin rejuvenation. Known for her warm approach and meticulous technique, Brandy delivers highly personalized care, tailoring every treatment plan to meet each patient’s unique skin concerns and goals.

Combining the latest technology with a deep understanding of skin health, Brandy specializes in transformative treatments with minimal downtime. She often utilizes a strategic combination of therapies to achieve the most natural, long-lasting, and comprehensive results. Jannett is an experienced Medical Assistant at Vida Bela Plastic Surgery with over 14 years of clinical experience specializing in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Her professional background includes comprehensive care for both adult and pediatric patients, with specialized experience in cleft and craniofacial conditions. Jannett is committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care and takes great pride in ensuring patients feel comfortable, well-informed, and supported throughout their surgical experience. She is dedicated to helping patients understand their procedures and care plans, building confidence and trust at every stage of treatment.

Outside of her professional role at Vida Bela, Jannett enjoys reading and spending quality time with her husband and two daughters.

Bri Trujillo is a seasoned marketing and practice growth strategist with over a decade of experience in private practice consulting, strategic branding and marketing and business development. With a unique blend of creative vision and operational acumen, Bri specializes in bridging the gap between the heart of a practice and the strategies that help us grow. At our practice, Bri plays an essential role in overseeing marketing initiatives, streamlining internal and external communications, and crafting authentic narratives that reflect the mission of our team so we can reach more patients. She exists to amplify the stories of our team and patients, and is integrated with Dr. Snider’s goals of scale—identifying opportunities, shaping our messaging, and driving engagement both online and in the community. She’s a strategic partner to our team who helps us communicate with clarity, grow with intention, and serve with purpose.
